About Me

Hi y'all and welcome to my blog! My name is Christina Gartman and I live in sweet home Alabama. Although a Georgia girl at heart, Alabama has certainly become a second home state for me. I am entering my 6th year of teaching!! Cannot.believe.it! For the past 5 years, third grade has been my world...absolutely love this age and grade level. But, this year, I will be taking on a new adventure - FIRST grade!! In addition to joining a new team and grade level, I wanted to embark on a personal journey... creating this blog! Over the years I have gained inspiration, respect, and countless ways to become a better classroom teacher from tons of teachers who take the time to blog about their everyday doings and clever creations.
